The Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs kick off their annual Pi-Ume-Sha Treaty Days celebration this week, with events running June 23–28 including a powwow, parade, rodeo, boxing, and community gatherings. The celebration honors the signing of the 1855 Treaty that established the Warm Springs Reservation.

The two-day Legends Reloaded festival — a “High Desert Rock N Roll Fantasy” — runs June 19-20 at the Jefferson County Event Complex in Madras, bringing tribute performances of iconic classic rock acts to the region.

The Jefferson County Fair & Rodeo is coming up July 21-25 at the Event Complex on Fairgrounds Road in Madras. The five-day event is one of the county's biggest annual traditions, drawing families and visitors from across the region.
