Jefferson County is about to host its biggest music event in years.

Legends Reloaded, a two-day classic rock tribute festival, makes its debut on June 19–20, 2026 at the Jefferson County Event Complex in Madras. Produced by Harefest LLC — the Pacific Northwest festival company behind Harefest, Capital City Retro Fest, and 90's Flannel Fest — the new event is being billed as a "High Desert Rock N Roll Fantasy."

The Lineup

The 2026 lineup features high-energy tribute acts paying homage to some of rock's most enduring names:

  • Fleetwood Mac
  • The Eagles
  • Tom Petty
  • Heart
  • Lynyrd Skynyrd
  • Led Zeppelin
  • ZZ Top
  • Bad Company
  • Hall & Oates
  • The Doobie Brothers
  • The Allman Brothers Band

The event is all-ages, making it accessible for families and longtime rock fans alike.

Why Madras?

Harefest LLC has built a reputation for choosing Central Oregon venues for its festivals. The Jefferson County Event Complex — the same fairgrounds that hosts the annual Jefferson County Fair — offers the open space, parking, and outdoor atmosphere well-suited to a multi-stage, multi-day festival.

Madras and Jefferson County have a history with large outdoor gatherings, most famously as one of the prime viewing locations for the 2017 solar eclipse, which drew tens of thousands of visitors. Organizers are hoping Legends Reloaded can establish itself as a recurring annual event that drives summer tourism and economic activity to the region.

Tickets and Details

Tickets are available through the festival's website at harefest.com/legends-reloaded. The Jefferson County Event Complex is located on the fairgrounds in Madras. Gates open both days, with performances running through the evening.

Local businesses near the fairgrounds are encouraged to stock up and prepare for out-of-county visitors. The festival follows the annual Indian Head Casino Car Show, which took place June 13 — a strong week overall for community events in Jefferson County.
