Madras is getting its first major music festival this summer. Legends Reloaded — a two-day classic rock tribute band festival — is coming to the Jefferson County Event Complex on June 19 and 20, 2026, marking the Central Oregon debut of Harefest LLC, a Pacific Northwest festival producer.

About the Festival

Harefest LLC is the company behind several established Pacific Northwest festivals, including the original Harefest, Capital City Retro Fest, 90s Flannel Fest, and Seattle Retro Fest. Legends Reloaded is the company's first event in Central Oregon, and organizers chose the Jefferson County Event Complex in Madras as the venue.

The festival is all-ages, meaning families and fans of all generations are welcome. Full lineup details and ticketing are available at harefest.com/legends-reloaded and through the Jefferson County Event Complex website.

The Jefferson County Event Complex

The Jefferson County Event Complex — commonly known as the Fairgrounds — is a 50-plus-acre facility on Fairgrounds Road in the heart of Madras. It hosts a wide range of events year-round and draws an estimated 90,000 visitors annually. The complex is best known as home to the Jefferson County Fair & Rodeo, scheduled July 22–25, 2026.

Legends Reloaded will be one of the larger music events the facility has hosted and represents a growing appetite for regional arts and entertainment events in Jefferson County.

Summer of Events in Madras

The festival comes as Madras and Jefferson County are positioning themselves as a destination for regional events. With Kah-Nee-Ta's summer programming ramping up on the Warm Springs Reservation and the County Fair approaching in late July, the stretch from June through August is shaping up as one of the most active entertainment seasons the area has seen in years.

Legends Reloaded runs June 19–20 at the Jefferson County Event Complex, 430 SW Fairgrounds Road, Madras. Tickets and more information at harefest.com/legends-reloaded or call the Event Complex office for venue details.
