Seven Jefferson County food establishments earned perfect health inspection scores during the month of June, according to results published by Jefferson County Public Health.

County health inspectors conduct unannounced visits to any licensed food establishment at any time. Inspections focus on food safety practices, sanitation, and conditions that protect the health of customers. Scores are posted publicly at the Jefferson County health inspection portal.

Under county guidelines, any score below 70 triggers a follow-up inspection within one month, with potential closure if the business scores below 70 again.
